Hi,
I am trying to install MS Project 2010 and I am getting an invalid Product Key message when I try to active the software. I am installing from a disk that was purchased online and sent to me.
The product came in a new, unopened package. The program installs fine and opens to run, but I run into problems with the product activation.
The program is installing in the Programs (x86)/Microsoft/Office14 directory on my c:/ drive. I have MS Office 2007 Home edition installed in Programs (x86)/Microsoft/Office12 directory.
I have been researching this issue and it appears to be a common problem, however I'm not finding many solutions.
I am a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity in Ohio and we want to use this program to manage our project timelines and volunteer needs through out the home builds.
Please help.
